Has anybody experienced a problem being unable to play in the online mode at all? I played the game when it came out and picked up the DLC last week. When I select “Online” from the main menu, and then load my save, I instantly get hit with a “lost connection to server, returning to title” error, with my only option

been saying this for a while: I’d buy an 8-bit RPG like they’ve shown in the main credits for every game in the series. Love those credits.

yeah, that stretch of the Pats game, the bye, and then the Packers was gonna decide his fate one way or anything. I remember going into that Packers game, that if they’re not even competitive (which they weren’t), he would be fired soon after.

God, I knew Trestman was spineless, but damn.

I wish lol. The Lily ranks were pretty easy in comparison to most of the rest of the series, especially Hyperdevotion Noire (THAT was a fucking grind that I’d never wish on anyone) and V (RB3 made it considerably easier thankfully). I actually was able to finish them as I was going up the tower with all the chars, you

I missed the stream, but one of things I really liked about Neptune U was some of the new songs they added (the original ones). Richard, I dunno if you played Neptune U, but if you did... did you recognize any of the music?

I thought it was too short to be repetitive. Like, it took me less than a week to go from unboxing to getting the platinum. It was over in the blink of an eye.

good to know, thanks. If it ever comes to PC (like was rumored a while back), I’ll end up waiting for a Steam sale or something.

that’s one thing I feared when I first heard Insomniac was behind it (Resistance was meh at best). I’ve heard it’s pretty short so repetition shouldn’t be TOO bad.

for me, it’s 5 games, not 3. I generally follow the same rule, so I totally get the point. Which is why I can’t justify buying a Bone as of yet. Most of those games, aside from Sunset (which would be among my first purchases if I ever were to buy one) don’t do anything for me.

Except Mario/Zelda and Uncharted haven’t had huge drops in quality with each entry (at least not yet), they’ve for the most part stayed consistently great. Both Sony and Nintendo release other franchises and series, both new and old (especially old when it comes to Nintendo). They don’t rest on their laurels and ONLY

that was back when Gears was looked at as one game (and the first game was amazing, but the same deal as Halo happened, just faster: One was amazing, 2 was a massive let down, 3 got worse, etc etc). You’re the first person I’ve talked to to say Gears 3 was “the best in the series”. Why do you say that?

lmao. Grasping at straws.

keep dreaming kid. When you grow up, maybe your opinion will mean something. Keep playing shitty games and see where it gets you in life.

Why was Reach “the worst in the franchise”? because it dared to change up the decade-old stale-as-fuck formula of the rest of the series? GTFO before you hurt yourself.

Quality over quantity. The quantity will come, just like it did with PS3 (took a few years). Bloodborne alone is better than anything MS has out or has shown.

exclusives are what seperate consoles from each other.

Forza is Forza, a fun little series, but certainly not anything to get excited about. I didn’t count Ori for the same reason I don’t count SFV as an exclusive for PS4: it’s out on PC.

Nobody said you couldn’t like it. I personally don’t see how, but that’s fine, I don’t have to. Doesn’t change the fact that MS overrelies on it. Look at this year, if you don’t like their usual trash offerings of Halo and Gears, you’re SOL.

sounds about right. The only game that’s exclusive to the Bone on that list is Sunset.
