excuse me, it's good at any range except when you're trying to snipe across a map like Skyshock. That better?

I wouldn't be against any of that.

yeah, AFKers is another reason why it won't be added in, it's bad enough in Crucible, don't need it in raids, where it's more important.

People will be pissed off needlessly regardless, such is life.

says the guy butthurt that they gave a slight nerf to his crutch. TLW is good only for close range, the Vex is good at any range.

What LFG tool exists in-game? I sincerely hope you don't think going to tower and inviting random people counts as that.

I won't disagree with better social aspects, though I've never run into that issue on LFG, not even once. Make your own topic, and you won't have to deal with that.

Whoever told you that trolled you, because matchmaking hasn't been removed from anything, only added to the weekly heroic strike.

You mean like every game? What happens when you replay any game? You're doing the same thing over and over.

not really, cuz for one, when you make a topic on there, you usually get enough replies to make multiple full fireteams for a raid, thus allowing you to pick and choose the most qualified people for your group, and for two, that's not the kind of "random" I was talking about, and you know it.

don't be butthurt, just don't use your crutch in PVP.

I do use Thorn (unless it's a smaller map, in which i use TLW), and win against players worse than me, but if we're both shooting each other in the head (and thus of about equal skill), the one using the Vex will win every time. Even against a Machine Gun, the Vex will win if the user is halfway competent.

They haven't taken anything away though, just changed the way one of them works so you don't necessarily NEED to solo it if your friends aren't online. Of course, playing with randoms introduces it's own problems, but that's not Bungie's fault, that's par for the course when playing ANYTHING with randoms.

Expecting an MMO to not have grinding is like expecting a Mario game to not have jumping. It's part of the package.

But again, the fact that you did those that many times shows that you were still enjoying the game enough to do so. So it's still not really lacking content at all, because you've spent 200 hours in it (as have I, and will continue to play, because the game is still fun).

it's not, it slightly nerfs the most broken gun in PVP, a gun that will win every single one-on-one encounter unless the player is exceptionally bad.

If you've raided before (which you clearly haven't), you'd find that matching up with randoms would make raiding a nightmare.

sorely lacking in things to do? You spent 200 hours in it. Obviously, if you put that much time into it, it's far from lacking in things to do. Options are nice, but either way, it's not a big deal. If you wanted an extra "challenge" to solo, you wouldn't be doing the weekly, you'd be doing the nightfall.

basically nerfing the most broken PVP gun in the game is a bug I can get behind. If you use the Vex, they should also have a "bug" that automatically changes your emblem to a pair of crutches.

Seriously, the game is still tons of fun.
