video games > playing outside.

I think it's more that you develop skill with older games because they make you do something that's increasingly rare nowadays: think and/or strategize.

you guys will be great parents.

far from it.

agreed 100%. why should kids have a say in anything? They're kids.

nothing wrong with letting him appreciate the history of the greatest form of entertainment in the world.

yeah, I agree. I have a little cousin who couldn't even get past E1M1 of Doom without my help, complaining "there's no arrow to tell me where to go" or "why am I not healing when I'm not being shot at?".

Question: how would that be cruel? I have a conversation about something like this just a few days ago with a friend of mine who had kids and was thinking of getting them new console. I told her to get a Wii or a Wii U, just for access to VC games. If/when I ever have kids, they won't be allowed to play anything

Compared to other MMOs, I will agree with you, but it's also Bungie's first experience making an MMO type game. I'm not really making excuses as much as I'm stating facts. I think they'll get better with more experience. They've NAILED the base gameplay, it's as perfect as I could imagine. Now spend the next few

I find it hilarious you posted on a completely different topic. Considering how many posts I've made since this article, I'd say it's time to get a job yourself, because you clearly have too much time on your hands. Wake me when you have a competent argument... or a job.

Content means nothing when the gameplay itself blows, which is why Destiny's form of quests is infinitely better than something Borderlands.

Common sense on the internet? You do not belong, sir!

and if I bought the DLC, why should I be punished by it not being in the rotation? They rightfully are on the side of those who, GASP, support the company.

Destiny has what's known as "good gameplay", unlike most MMOs.

lol no. Talk about an overexageration, especially Borderlands. It's hilarious that you excuse fetch quest after fetch quest because it falls under a different name, but this game doesn' have enough? Seriously, I mean this with love, but GTFO.

I have absolutely no problems with this approach. I was hoping a new strike would be up in the rotation, and now it is. What were people expecting exactly? If you didn't buy the DLC, oh well. If you've put 3 months into the game as it is, there's no reason not to buy it. Can't wait to get home and play it.

There's plenty of content. People need to stop expecting the same amount of content that you'd get with a normal MMO, since those have fees attached. There could always be more, but it's getting grating hearing people whine about the same thing.

So basicall you're saying... "There's content, I just don't like it", but then whine about it not having content? C'mon now.

How so? There are more PS4s than Bones in the world, and that gap is only getting bigger.

Not really. Microsoft doesn't really embrace PC gaming compared to Xbox, since they can control everything on the latter. PC is like the Chuck Cunningham to Xbox's Richie.
