Francis is a Jesuit. Jesuits are crafty and intelligent mofos - that’s one of the reasons they are frequently referred to as “God’s Marines.” If a Pope was gonna throw shade, I would actually think it would be him.

In the photo op with Theresa May (sitting side by side in chairs) he spoke English. In the same set up with Trump, he chose to speak French. Yes it was petty, yes it was amazing.

Evidently there was also an incident with Macron in which maybe he should have spoken English in front of Trump, but chose to speak French instead.

Once, when I was 16, a boy put “She’s Like the Wind” on a mix tape for me. And that will forever be on my top ten list of dreamiest things ever.

Because just think of how dumb a person has to be in order to have thought him competent in the first place.

Fun Fact: the creator of Wonder Woman believed that during intercourse the penis wasn’t penetrating the vagina, but rather that the vagina was devouring the penis. This Wonder Woman’s lasso becomes a symbol of the power (and weaponization) of the vagina. Kinda badass, IMO.

I had the great pleasure recently of kicking some ICE agents off a college campus. I mean, I didn’t actually kick them off, as we have no authority to force them to leave, but I was the administrator who go to tell them why they weren’t welcome and ask them to leave.
