Why use cameras and then mount them sticking out every bit as far as mirrors?

My grandfather first taught me in an open pasture, on a Chevy Luv. But enough years passed between then and when I bought my first manual that the drive home from the dealer was still VERY stressful.

I don’t mind the button itself - the problems outlined above regarding finding it are, imo, overblown- but I hatehatehate the functionality. I swear I have to Google how to do ANYTHING in the new UI. Nothing is intuitive and everything is worse than it was on the PS4.

There are parts of that design that I actually like. But the grille isn't on that list. 

Does anyone know what the “WOA” material is on some of the interiors? They specify cloth and leatherette for others, but then there’s this “Lunar Gray WOA.” It *looks* like maybe it’s another cloth option, but I can’t tell for sure and so far, google hasn’t been any help unpacking the acronym.

I’m pretty much on your team, though I’d probably move Solo down to Bad. And mayyybe AotC up to it as well. 

They way they’ve photographed it makes me think that THEY don’t like the way it looks. It’s all detail shots or severe angles with light used to disguise to the proportions. This is the automotive equivalent of holding your phone over your head and pursuing your lips to take a selfie.

The intersection of price and compatibility issues with the Surface X makes it a non-starter for me. If I want something slick and slim that won't run all the software I want, I'll just buy a regular tablet for a lot less.
