But my biggest flaw actually DOES have some utility: I'm deeply impatient; I see what needs to be done faster than most other people and am eager to get on with doing it. And I do. So shit gets done. Are there downsides to it? Sure. But it's also a strength.

I had smoked the salmon in order to make an Evertyhing Bagel sandwich with cream cheese, capers, and red onion so I think I avoided putting those on the pizza, in order to try to make it a little different. I used leftover smoked salmon on pizza dough, with cream cheese in place of sauce. It's excellent.
