@ Kivrin And that's my issue. Where did you find statistics that supports your statement, "many people are drawn to the field of psychology because of their own struggles (or struggles of those they care about)"?

Which is why the friend has a responsibilty to document the assault. The last thing we need is an offender treating assault victims.

@ Kivrin As a graduate student in psychology I'll say that all people have their own struggles. I don't find that my peers or professors have any more disorders than any other profession.

@ Dilly Dalai

That response makes me laugh.

Whatever. I suffered through their sad rehash of my beloved 80s.

Aww, you're too kind.

Love this! And maracas dude has his playing power stance down.

She is awesome. Thank you for sharing that link.

Love and hearted.

I felt like the point was that it was tasteful for a celebrity. Money can't buy you class and all that business.

Sorry. You do have a point about people of color being featured more often on shows supposedly demonstrating some deviant behavior.

I could have done without the "menopause personified" dig. And I think those ladies look just fine, including La La.

Ah, I've been known to do this to my cats and cats I have fostered. I even had a roomie wake them up every 20 minutes so they'd sleep at night. In mere weeks the kitties started sleeping throughout the night.

@krismry I think your friend Richard might be on to something - something I like.

It also has to do with having an awareness of and access to therapy.

Agreed.

Santo Bugito. I made sure to leave the bar in time to catch it on Saturday mornings.

It was actually on two weeks ago. They show it, but it's hit or miss.

I've only seen the clip above and maybe someone who viewed this episode can provide some insight. Riley has a crib, but also has a bed in her bedroom. Also, this clip says that Riley dresses as a baby for 12 hours per day - which makes me wonder if Riley is a working "adult" otherwise.
