Everybody to the limit!

Here I go once again with the email every week I hope that it’s from a female

But I can't get potato chips into the water bottles without smashing them up! What kind of solution is that?!?!?!?!

Yes, we should all only do the jobs that we are 100% qualified for and never push ourselves or strive to do more. I should know my place.

Do good HR departments exist? I'm not being snarky, I've never seen one in real life.

The mix of skills he wanted probably does not exist in anyone. (It was a newly created job at a uniquely organized company.) That was the first problem.

Recently, I have been pushing myself to apply more for jobs even when I don't meet the basic qualifications. Unfortunately, some organizations use robots or HR specialists who know nothing about the job to pre-screen applications and automatically reject any applications that don't meet 100% of the qualifications.

This is good advice.

Then my kids are going to be lazy, gassy, and snore all day.

Totally fuck this, bullying is a serious thing. I still suffer some of the effects of the constant bullying and I'm 39. Some kid draws a picture of a gun and he gets kicked out of school, but other kids torment someone else and that's ok??? Fuck all of this, bullying needs to be dealt with more severity than this

My mom's the teacher/principal/director of a small private school for learning disabled and autistic kids and she doesn't tolerate that kind of shit. If a kid is being picked on and bullied the bully is the problem and they need to leave their victims alone, the victims shouldn't be the ones that have to make a

What really pisses me off is that when the Victims of bullying finally decide that ignoring isn't working and stand up for themselves, more often than not they are the ones who get repercussions for daring to snap back at the person who's been tormenting them for so long.

Or in my case "Oh Mindymoo, you know _____, he has a hard home life! That's just how he is." This is absolutely tragic and I hope this poor young man finds the peace in death that he couldn't find in life.

Anyone who tells kids to "ignore them and they'll go away" clearly was never bullied. Ignoring them just makes them try harder. I was bullied by a girl a year younger than me, and channeling my inner stoic ONLY MADE HER WORSE. She ended up tripping me while we were running laps in the parking lot for volleyball,

Oh, fuck this. I'm guessing he was being bullied at his school and the adults couldn't be bothered to do anything to rein in the little shits, just like it was when I was a kid. The excuses were always, "oh, they need to work it out themselves," or "oh, honey, just ignore them, they're jealous," or other bullshit

I rather like Agent Carter, because the other characters keep trying to sideline her, but she won't have any of it.

I used to work there. I was in charge of the ticket counter and cleaning the slide/tube system when someone peed, pooped, or puked in it, which was basically every day. The tubes were 105 degrees and the solution burned my eyes so bad. I would rather clean the tubes twice a day than work the ticket counter. There was

The best comment on this was some lady saying how "it would be a lovely gesture" for her to pay back all the disability, welfare, and government assistance her family received. You know, despite paying taxes and generally being fucking legally entitled to that shit as a citizen of this country.

"I think she likes sex already."

Before even reading the article, this heading is everything. Erin, you're my inner goddess. *Bites lip*
