I've had to avoid calcium supplements and just depend on food because of my childhood osteochondroma. If I really lift weights intensely, or take supplements, the ones I have remaining will start to grow again. No joke.

My mom isn't LD, but she is paralyzed on the right side. She works her butt off to not be seen as a burden. Only recently did she finally concede to getting her handicapped driving placard, because of all the terrible weather, so she wouldn't risk slipping and falling.
