Oh I just laughed at your post. I went to Panama City Beach 19 years ago (yes, I'm old) and remember how nasty Club La Vela was. Wasn't there another one right across the beach that was just as nasty? We preferred the other clubs further along the strip. Man, they're still there? Yikes.
