Since it was printed, I'd definitely say Libel. Although, slander usually involves some sort of printed medium as well. I mean, he hit the three criteria: It was false, it caused harm, and he didn't bother to research it.

ROFL. SCRAMBLED BOOBEZ!
That picture is fantastic. Love it.
We were fortunate and refinanced for a nice, normal 30 year fixed. I just regret pulling out the equity now. To be fair, we did use it to put in all new windows, a covered patio, and insulation so it's not like we squandered it (well...okay we used a couple thousand to go to China).
I got a regret too. I was heartbroken. On top of that, my Greek boyfriend broke up with me because of it. Asshole. Oh well, he was a bad kisser and wasn't that cute anyway.
Huh. I just saw by going to uk.jezebel.com I had several replies to posts I made. I can't figure it out on this new version.
Thanks for the tip! I'm across the country in AZ, but when I go to NYC I will hunt it down!
Valid point @katieupsidedown. When you put it that way, it is quite a jump.
@SweetMaris: That's how he feels too.
Yep. Right there with ya. Bought a little house in 2004 right before the market boom. Consolidated the loans and got a 30 year fixed in 2007 and took out some equity. Had a mortgage broker tsk tsk me that I wasn't taking out the full value of the home. Husband lost his job a year later and I lost mine in 2009. Got…
I agree. I think it was a load of BS now that I'm stuck in an upside down situation with no hope of selling.
Hmm. See, I did everything right, and I just found out Friday that my house is now worth $30,000 less than what I paid for it six years ago BEFORE the big housing boom. I also refinanced it and took some money out. At the time, I was being conservative because I refinanced for WAY less than for what is was appraised.…
That's an incredible sanctuary. So beautiful and the horses looks so healthy and happy.
What a dick. I feel bad for her. I'll bet the truth is he acted like she was never good enough for him.
I'm with you. Maybe we can split it up - You get Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and I get Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. We can alternate Sundays and Holidays.
I'm an atheist and kind of want to go, but I don't know if I want to contribute my hard earned money to their cause even if it means in snarkitude. I have heard if you go and you make fun they have security follow you. Not very Christian of them.
That's AMAZING. On a side note: I had no idea they boozed it up that much on the original Star Trek.
The exact same thing happened to me. I switched from a G1 to an iPhone, but kept my number. Contacted customer service and they told me. "Sucks to be you." I kept it, reluctantly. I'm so happy there is something else!
As much as I love cleaning with vinegar and water, the smell gets to me after awhile. Any advice to reducing the funky salad smell it leaves behind? I'm used to it, but guests wrinkle their noses.
I feel the same way about my husband. He's been out of work for more than two years now. It's heartbreaking and frustrating.
