Riflemen are the most versatile units in the game. You can upgrade them with BARs, grenades and sticky bombs. They take points faster than any other unit and have 6 men so are able to absorb a fair amount of damage.

MP was no way unbalanced. There were constant changes to balance things and you are dead wrong about the Wehr.
