Same for every country. In the UK we can get one and people coming from Africa and Asia can bring an international license here, but I think it's only valid for a limited time after you enter the county (and then you have to get a UK one).

Actually I've been coming here for ages. I can get behind racing of all types but the stuff I've seen on youtube of Pikes Peak suggests that the danger is just so unpredictable because of the specifics of the terrain.
I'd say it was refreshing an innovative but in reality this is what it should be all about, all the time. Not generic fps 17, but take the tech and do something interesting with it.
