It's not that the devs failed to get it to run on the saturn, but that the devs were severely over-worked, stressed, understaffed, and kept running into business roadblocks and were never given the proper resources to get it to a point that it could be run on the system. AAA game development and Indie development can be like this. It just ends up becoming your everything while it's happening. Other industries have this, too. Any large project will consume all of a persons time when a lot of money is at stake, but I don't think this norm is necessarily a good one.

The game is great, he is very talented. But he complains soooo much. It makes me wonder if he actually enjoys making the games, at the very least he always comes up as if he is complaining about this or that in every translated interview.
