Yeah, but DMC4 has no trouble being obtained, be it the bargain bin at Wal-Mart, online, or where ever. PS3s these days aren't backwards compatible and to make that budget price of 30-40 dollars, each game is roughly at LEAST worth 10 bucks, should each be re-released as a standalone.
