In the Network Use chart for the breakdown of downloadable content, what is that darker blue 23ish % for? Every other section is labeled (including Other), so what the hell could that last part be? Am I overlooking something? Am I crazy?! HELP!

That would make way more sense than filing against the ending.

I've always found that one special technique tends to work well. Ignoring them. It's a surprisingly difficult task for some, but it's quite effective.
