"I love most the games that feel like they were born from a vision, from a desire to say something. There are a lot of well-made games. There aren't nearly as many games that are expressions, intended or otherwise, from the person who conceived them."
I usually don't care what's posted on this site, but man that was awful!
If this is true, I'm glad to hear that he's still involved in The Last Guardian, it would suck to see his vision potentially marred if he left mid-development, even if there are a lot of other big hands involved with the game. Would love to see what kinds of projects he would move onto after this, though.
Again, that's not confirmed. While I personally believe it'll be a side option, there is no saying that it won't be the major focus of the game, at this point.
Side title? That's not confirmed. The article specifically states that it's unknown whether or not it will be part of a full game or a side title. My guess is it will be part of a full game, but will be a separate mode in the game like EA did with Dead Space 2 and are now doing with Mass Effect 3.
"The third entry will also supposedly be the last Dead Space to feature engineer Isaac as the protagonist..."
Must be why the same reviewer that reviewed Mario Kart 7 at Destructoid gave Kirby Mass Attack and Kirby Return to Dreamland a 9/10 and 10/10, respectively.
I feel the same way. I have factory sealed games yet to play. There's just too many!
Alright, I am damn certain Nintendo can make more money off of localizing their JRPG's to NA compared to this. This still looks fun, though. That box would work for me. I see the word "strategy" or "strategic" and I perk up.
Lucky for those who want it. I'm personally waiting on sales for the Banjo games and Bastion. t'would be nice.
Dragon Enix, eh?
I felt the same. Is there a pun we're missing or is the 'd' key being beside the 'f' key not a coincidence?
Yikes! Affording a PSVita is looking less likely as we gets closer to it's launch.
Looks neat, but it would be a terrible idea to have Kinect built in if Microsoft wants to keep allowing users to adjust the camera appropriately for their living space, which is kind of important. Also, Kinect tilts on it's own to track users for certain apps or features, so it would be a downgrade to build it into…
To be fair this is a gaming blog. Bashcraft maybe tried his hand at a sneaky pun.
I agree. Third person was much better, but you can switch between third person and first person at any other time during the game and they had the option to do so in Oblivion, so it seemed strange to not even include the option to do it in Skyrim, just for those who did enjoy it.
lol! capital R in Skyrim and made by Blizzard? Too silly.
Magnificent article, Tim Rogers, as usual. No matter your opinion, one can't help but just respect what you have to say.
I personally believe his words were taken way out of context. Editors from all kinds of publications made his words out to be more harsh than they were.
