I found this conference to be not too exciting because it was pretty much what we expected. Same goes for Microsoft. I'm expected Nintendo's to be exciting though because of it's secrecy of it's new console, but I don't want to get my hopes up just in case.

Agreed. This needs to go back to a more traditional JRPG root. Doesn't need to be entirely old-school, but a little more exploration and a deep battle system would be much appreciated.

I can only imagine that a Zone of Enders collection would be released to either see the interest in the franchise for future iterations, or to hype up a future iteration that's already in development. Fingers crossed!
