@TimoTim: No, from my understanding, they still own them and are looking for a buyer. If they don't find a buyer soon, then they are closing down the company. But as of now I believe they still own bizarre creations.

I don't think this is a coincidence. Microsoft is looking for new PGR devs. Activision owns former PGR devs. Activision isn't getting $10,000,000,0000,000 off the games bizarre creations is making. Activision uses this as a way to get as much money out of a huge corporation.
