I feel you about the “I’m gonna play in a pocket of time” mentality. My personal backlog remains stagnant specifically because my commute is me driving the family around, without a viable public transportation option.

It was definitely proposed by Microsoft for Xbox one before launch (i recognize that they didn’t implement), and I believe there are a few pc launchers that might require it. Phone apps that are single player often require internet access just to play.
This is where my bet is at.
I swear I know that the universe does not revolve around me, directly, but it is so goddamn frustrating that I’ll get an idea about a project, research the products for a week, purchase something, and then theres a sale the following week. I don’t know if this is confirmation bias that I am the center of the…

Until you don’t have internet and the game requires online validation every time you boot it up. Then physical copies are great.
They only rejected Carlos Mencia because he stole those shitty jokes. Like, if you have original low-effort racist jokes, its all good amongst comedians, but don’t take them from a friend.
I use a very simple assessment for apologies. If it contains a “...,but...”, its not an apology.
I condensed all the apps on my phone into two folders and they sit on the bottom bar, separated by the google search app. I find if I have to swipe more than a few times, I’ll start to question using the phone at all, so I’ve cut down on “idle” time on my phone.
I mean, I like my family and my in-laws, and I still moved 3000 miles away and into the center of the Pacific ocean to have a little space when I got married (yes the free babysitting would be nice, but still).

When I lived in a place that experienced actual cold (I get shivers at 50 now...), I had a space heater and would use it to get the final yard for thicker items that wouldn’t quite be done. I no longer own any kind of “heater” devices, and haven’t use the heater in the last four cars I’ve owned.

After I recently got my... fifth (?sixth?) copy of Skyrim, now for X1 with mods, I’ve been back in the habit.
With the apple plan, if my screen is cracked, can I still trade it in or is there a reduction in trade in value?
When this thing is inevitably hacked, I’m 1000% down. I need to load Skitchin.
I got a 256gb 7P back when they were new and ~$1k, paid off over time on Verizon. I’ve got ~16k photos/videos on there and about 100gb of free space. Since it is fully paid off, and the only damage is the usual scrapes and a tiny chipped/cracked spot on the bottom (meaning I can’t trade it in for shit), I’m thinking…
We have a few hydrocodone’s in the house left over from when my wife gave birth to our second (two years ago!). They are technically expired.
The correct response to such a family member:
“I am aware that buying in bulk is a cost saving technique, but I’m looking to have a good time, not satiate my alcoholic relatives”
