I can see the value of YNAB, I currently have Mint haphazardly working for me.
I more took issue with the notion that this is general “you can save money this way” advice. If the author started out by stating the pre-existing conditions/requirements, i.e. Single, No Kids, Established Career, Remote Work Conditions,…
I hear what you’re saying, I just think the screen compromise going from desktop/laptop to iPhone specifically just isn’t worth it (and I have a fairly large iPhone). And there’s only a small subset of games that will be even remotely playable with touch/swipe inputs.
I agree, most of my gaming is done from my couch.
I imagined that was the reason, but I still liked the visual of an ethernet port on an iPhone, and the admittedly poor joke was also to riff on the lack of headphone jack.
I’m having a doublethink moment. I simultaneously cannot believe such a product exists and believe that its obvious in its necessary existence.
“The Steam Link app allows gamers to experience their Steam library of games on Apple (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV) devices while connected via 5Ghz network or wired Ethernet to a host computer running Steam,”
Now, admittedly, I am dumb, BUT, how does one connect an iPhone via wired Ethernet? I’m very on-board with the…

I dropped fresh scrambled eggs on my laptop keyboard when I was a poor college student. The computer barely survived my collegiate escapades.
Happy Birthday!
This aged well.
Nice. Good to hear you guys are on top of it. My parents were much more hands off, and while I value the independence and survival skills and self reliance it taught me, I would probably do things differently if one of my children developed type 1.
I’m pretty hyped about the Horizon, and I like the Dash, but it is a…
If/when the support drops, you might want to check out Spike, its the iOS version of Nightscout, which is the open-source / homebrew software that does what Dexcom’s native app does but more and is less set in its ways. I currently use the stock stuff, because Clarity going to my Endo directly is amazing, but I’m…
This is really cool.
This is really cool.
Fellow Type 1!! Starred for your daughter’s sake. I totally agree about the form factor. While I have the 7P, having a reader that fits the exact size and style of the user is highly important. I personally will be searching for something closer to the 6 size when I upgrade, I hope you find something that fits your…
