And they didn’t stopped there...

Did I miss a post or has io9 just not covered Deadpool and Spiderman mocking BvS?

And the streak of any comment using “Social Justice Warrior” unironically *also* being complete bull shit continues.

I do think Ex Machina could work as a TV series.

Okay, this is the best argument I’ve heard yet.

Nah, I was just being incoherent — let me try again: I don’t know why the person I was responding to brought up the Netflix shows, though it would seem he was trying to say that I conveniently forgot them. But bringing them up actually works against the idea that the TV shows benefit from the MCU model, in my opinion.

ahahahahaha best comment in thread

There are a lot of actors for whom we didn’t “see” it before they knocked it out of the park.

Should have just redefined what “destroy” meant!

My previous comment posted solely for the humor value... well, I thought it was funny. A checkmate series is an interesting possibility, but as you point out, it probably wouldn’t play well with others (other DC television series).

Yeah, we need a Checkmate show like a bullet in the head.

This needs to be an Elseworlds book.

Something I’ve always wondered: In a universe full of superheroes and aliens, would movies, books, comics, etc. about superheroes and aliens be remotely popular? Seems like everyone would be so stressed out by invasions from space and supervillains taking over the world every other week, they’d find escapism in

Does this mean we get a Mars Attacks sequel?
(Because we should.)

... now I need to do a Leverage re-watch. Dammit, Hardison!

PERSON OF INTEREST. Where the story supports the grand plan, rather than vice versa.

The writers for The Flash are incredibly stupid. I say ‘the writers’ and not ‘Barry Allen’ because Barry’s actions are literally unbelievably stupid. I cannot emphasize enough how unbelievably stupid Barry is.

I hope the writers have a basic idea of what Season 3 will be. I’ve enjoyed everything so far for the most part, but that timeline altering decision makes me think of Lost and the writers’ room.

Without giving anything away, on a scale of 1-10 (10 being most), how confident are you that that they have a good plan for next season based on the events of the finale?
