Buy out Origin, Gamefly's game client (worse than Origin's... hard to believe I know), UPlay, Gamersgate, and any other game clients out there to the point where those sites can sell the games but give out Steam Keys only. Valve needs to save us from the aforementioned terrible game clients. Steam is the Xbox Live or

I'm on Origin right now and I'm seeing Defiance for $9.99. Just curious if it's supposed to start later on today or what? Thank you!

Call me crazy, but I actually like the Crysis series stories, game play, and the amazing graphics. Crysis 2 was my least favorite of the series, but still was a fun game. I don't get where people rip on this game so much. If it's not your cup of tea that's fine, but I don't think it's too far behind the likes of Halo.

Like i said below, I think he is overestimating what the "next gen" systems are capable of. Your PC's are pretty much on par may be even slightly better than them for the time being. The future is unknown with what all they will be able to churn out of these things.

Dude you got a nice rig. You're pretty much on par, maybe even slightly better than the next gen systems dude. You're going to be fine for a long time. I mean you can't crank up all the settings on Crysis 3, but you can still play that game at pretty good settings I'd imagine. I think you might be overestimating what

LOL nice. Yea had to give you SOME shit. That's cool though man. I dived head first into this about 6 months ago and I've learned so much. Got into overclocking, have already upgraded my GPU since my first build, and added some other parts/tweaks. It's like being a car guy is how I like to put it. Always checking out

Hell, I say spend $100 more and get a 770. I haven't regretted that at all. Probably pick up another in a year or so.

uhhh... you threw that graphics card and that much RAM in a base dell? lol. I mean hey whatever. Usually aftermarket motherboards process and fully optimize the power of those upgrade-able parts that you have. Umm... Well in your case of using pretty much all of your available RAM slots you would want to use your

I would imagine that if your motherboard can handle a nice GPU like that and a newer CPU that it could handle higher speed RAM. Probably dumb question but do you have your RAM in the optimal RAM slot? What motherboard do you have?

Ok.. wow I had to google "hot coffee mod"... wow... Had never seen that before. That is weird. I myself don't fancy action movies but I do love my FPS. It's action. It gets your heart pumping. That's why people like it. Cause blowing shit up is fun. In real life or in virtual reality. Can't get in trouble in virtual

The only concerning part about your set up would be your RAM. You sure it's running at 799 MHz? It's hard to find RAM that runs that slow. Typically for a gaming PC you want RAM that runs at 1600 and you can even find faster. Also, considering some recent price drops I'd throw another 660 TI in that thang and you'll

So why did you read the article or watch the videos again? That's like me going on Youtube and trolling Justin Beiber videos just to get on a forum and complain about how shitty his music is. Here's an idea... Why don't you go onto forums about things that you actually like and have conversations with other like

I bought a new graphics card specifically for this game :) I mean it's nice for others, but I wanted to run this thang in beast mode so I dropped a few dollars. Can't wait!

You must be one of those people that likes manga porn or anime porn too, huh? Weirdo...

This game, Fifa, and Crysis are the only reasons I could never boycott EA. Say what you will about EA, but DICE puts out quality and their expansion packs are worth what they charge you. I don't like DLC myself, but there are some games that pull it off and can justify charging for it due to the quality and quantity

What are you running? They've already given out recommended hard ware and it's almost the same as BF3. Also, considering this is one of the first games on the new consoles they won't have really tapped the potential of the systems yet, so I would say your high settings on your PC are probably right around where the

  • The DeathAdder just fits perfectly in your hand. Also, just the way the left and right mouse buttons click just feels incredible. It's hard to explain but if I could use a phrase to describe this mouse it would be "It's smooth like butter". Just works and feels the way a mouse should. I can't stand going to work and

I've never played anything like this before, but this game is very intriguing. Might have to pick this up. Looks like a game you could lose hours in and not even notice.

Haha, no the Crysis comment was not at you. I just couldn't find myself to start a convo with the buffoonery that was his statement and had to defend a game that I find to be very entertaining. I wanted to say something on your thread to hopefully help not steer people away from wanting to build a PC. Not that $1200
