Maybe I'm just being dense but I thought a lot of newer laptops, ones running Win7, offered a lot (if not all) of these functions out-of-the-box?
Voted 'not actually sure' because I was surprised when I found out I did have it installed.
In the UK it's legal to record a phone call without the other party's consent for a number of purposes.
Laptop: Win7 HP x64, hidden along the bottom of the screen.
One little tip which I've used a few times to great effect is to set the white balance to 'cloudy' when taking portrait shots as it will warm the skin tones.
