@Phibius: if you mean how can you put your system stats on your desktop in Windows, then Samurize is the answer.

@ThirzaComfy: it really depends what you want to do but the two programs I use the most (emergeDesktop, a shell replacement and Samurize, a UI/HUD program that allows for huge amounts of customisation) are certainly both Win2000-compatible.

@Michael Guilfoyle: seconded - the fact that it offers support for both microSD(HC) cards and M2 cards is an added bonus as well.

XP x64, could not be happier.

@Phoshi: it doesn't have a single Emerge applet showing - Launcher, Tasks, Tray, none of them are there.

Emerge all the way.

Been using Emerge on and off for over a year.

@Jeroen-: it is only one guy doing the vast majority of the development and it's something he does in his spare time, so it's a little unfair to criticise him for the speed of development.
