The first game is extremely difficult and clunky to pay, but towards the third act it becomes really awesome. I am not saying you should slug through it though, but it kinda gets better. I actually prefered 1 over 2 combat, although I am an action fan.

The difference between all most games and Nintendo is that Nintendo characters are well known. Nintendo characters have board appeal even outside of gaming.

Well maybe they have decided to move to a new business. Considering games are now smaller than the other two markets they are in but probably take more resources, it would make sense. Obviously, this is purely from a business standpoint. (you should read their financial report).

Companies exist to generate revenue not create loses. The type of mentality you have was also shared by Kodak and Blockbuster and IBM (hardware side). Yes they have lots of money, but so did all those 3 companies at one point.
