I want push notification, and the knowledge that I can turn it off whenever I want. Let's say I'm waiting for something important - I'd rather be told when it comes than check every few minutes.

I always like to look at the problem behind a problem: What are we ultimately trying to solve, not what are we trying to solve now. At my first job, people would constantly try to come up with slightly faster ways of doing various aspects of the job... but ultimately, none of that did much. I was annoyed with the way

I've always felt the best way to organize was by starting over, but there's another factor to consider: Those secondary things may not be needed on a regular basis, but when you need them, you want them easily accessible and noticeable. Going through the stuff you use less frequently in a crunch can be really annoying.

Definitely an all-in-one printer, and perhaps (though hard to say without seeing the room), turning the desk to face 'out', assuming out is to the right of the photo. It would eat up the room's space a bit, but a desk like that that's not against a wall would force him to not use it to bunch things on it as easily.

+1

Sorry, I just read more carefully and noted you specifically were asking about voice. Same comments still stand, basically - Skype wins on quality, Gmail on accessibility for Gmail users.

VOTE: Skype or Gmail - depends on the situation.

The only source info I have is from my own study, so I don't know if it's specific to that community or not and did not mean for it to be represented as fact beyond that. The largest difference was number of children (and therefore higher expenses), so it seems intuitively correct, though I'd love to see wider-ranging

Haneyg - People who pay off their cards in full each month are far more likely to start carrying balances later in life than those who avoid using them at all.

I voted for the middle choice, but as it seems a lot of others have written, the true choice isn't there: It depends. Sometimes I want to pay as I go, sometimes I want everything included. But most of all, I want the option to choose. Give me a bare bones flight price, and an all inclusive one, and an in-between one,

I just mean that if it was able to calculate routes and traffic, combining the two would seem like a relatively easy piece of work, since the two hard part are completed already.

Yes, sounds like Mint, except Mint does it better (I'm assuming). Nice idea, though - I keep track of the same via Excel (since Mint can be delayed, though I'm assuming this would be as well).

Finally! I was wondering why this wasn't a feature until now. I'd always have to guess based on the route options and the traffic which was actually fastest.

It depends on how bad we're talking, but I will often stop using a company or service if the customer service is bad enough. I stopped buying from Dell (as did a LOT of people I know) when their customer service was so consistently horrible that the hours spent just made it not worth it.

AMEN. I used to be terrified of messing up, and my whole life was seemingly dedicated to not making myself look bad... and I therefore looked bad and made excuses for everything.

What are the odds someone's spouse does them a favor and dumps it in a recycling bin?

VOTE: Acrobat as well.

Amen. Up&Up and other Target brand stuff is actually really good quality. I'm a stickler on things like tissues and toilet paper, but their tissues are just as good as Kleenex brand. If Kleenex isn't on sale (it often is on major sale) I'm getting the store brand.

Agreed.
