Am not at all pissed if its not being released for the Vita. I don't know if its because I don't care since I can still play it on the PS4. But would it have pissed me if I didn't have a PS4? Prolly not. All that's important to me is they are releasing it to the NA and EU market.

I want to even if just for Smash Bros and Mario Kart. But I'll prolly end up buying a Playstation (Vita) TV first.

Can't they just include an option to let the PS4 continuously record 15 minute gameplay clips and then let the user/player decide whether or not to keep these videos? Sure, it'll eat up space, but we can delete it anytime. And having that on/off option would also help. :p
