The ending took the wind out of my sails. Not only is the cut scene and "hurray!" an insult to the time the player put into it but the last level highlights the horrid AI and monotonous battles you've been playing for weeks.

Yeah, gizmodo had an advertisement for these up a while back as a promoted article. And in the comments a well informed reader duked it out with one of their PR dudes and definitely came out on top. High end glasses aren't going to do what you need to do, blink and take breaks.
