When it comes to unwanted email from a particular company that doesn't recognize your unsubscribe request, I find it effective to set a rule that forwards the messages to someone important at the company. At least then they are getting as annoyed as I am!

What I don't understand is, in the US, how do people that don't read/speak English pass the test? Are you even required to take a test if you are unable to read it? Since traffic and road signs are in English only, for now, how can you even operate a vehicle on the road? It just makes no sense.

you can search eBay and have it display only sold items. As you said, it doesn't mean that's what the item is worth, but it is an indication of what the market is willing to pay. Craigslist is the place you go to get the very cheapest price. You can't put something on there and expect to get eBay prices.

it doesn't appear to be an intersection, it looks like it's a side street coming on to a main road. The lady also pulled out in front of the car waiting to turn left onto the side road, maybe the laws are different there. Either way, you don't slowly inch out onto a main road like that.
