Top be fair, Eagle populations have quadrupled since 2009, according to news sites. So if the population is denser, than it’s more likely we’d see these kinds of deaths. The percentage/pop is probably about the same though.

They all live under one roof.  If something happened to that roof, Henry is not under it, and would become the next king.   Though, he has relinquished all duties of the royal family, so I assume that includes any chance of being King.
