It’s a neat wago, fast, I drove the coupe version, and all but it seems they added too many lines for the sake of adding lines, too boy racer.

Yeah I said it. It’s got the same utility as an old XJ, comes with a stick and enough drive wheels and ground clearance to take me anywhere I’d take a daily driver, it’s got plenty of space in the back, an interior pleasant enough to spend time in and actually looks pretty decent to my eyes.

A standard 500, sure. But an Abarth girly? Nope, I don’t see it. I’m not American, that might explain my different perspective.

I just realized that Chrysler only sells two vehicles now - the Pacifica and the 300. A strange position indeed.

I don’t know if it really counts as embarrassing and I’ve bought them anyway since I like them but I’m a big fan of mk4 (generally 99.5-05) VWs. I love that generation Jetta (and I still lust after a mk2) for some reason and have bought a couple. I’ve fallen in love with the 2.0 that I have and while it may not be

I seriously doubt PSA has anything useful for the US, given their very different tastes. However, to say that PSA has nothing over Kia or Toyota is just not true. They aren’t selling millions of cars globally because every PSA buyer is a French chauvinist. Their malaise era, the 00s, is behind us. They offer a sense

Agreed.

Neutral: Play up their Frenchness for all it’s worth. Be funky. Set themselves apart somehow. Give us something we can’t get anywhere else. Use real colors, maybe even multiple colors on the same car.

The i3s are depreciating faster than a Blinged out Bentley, so I also agree, at auction these are going to be insane steals. I just came across a CPO(!) i3 in my area for $15,800. For a carbon fiber shelled battery powered car. That’s just crazy.

Dear LAPD, I will gladly buy your i3 with 400 miles on the clock at a government auction price.

I like it but I don´t get it. Why make it faster and more luxurious? The defender became a legend for being unstoppable off road, this would be a better homage in my opinion. (the ones bullt for the 007 movie were not road legal)

There’s something inherently funny about that fiddly, out-of-place automatic selector on the steel box.

First Gear: *looks out window at F-150*.

Score!

You’re more polite a person than I am then. I’d have told him he clearly didn’t know how to drive a manual and to stop trying to damage your car.

That sucks. I know it’s all in retrospect, but I wouldn’t be taking anything off the market until they showed up with the check. Not that it would have protected you from this moron frying the clutch anyway.

And you were in the car the whole time? Why not, during the first two seconds of this guy driving it like a moron, did you not order him to pull over and GTFO? Then take him back and send him home. F that.

Someone thought a $3300 MGB GT was going to have a quality restoration and all major functions work perfectly?
