I wouldn’t think twice about it being sketchy when they say totalled due to hail. That’s very possible and common.

What if he is right? What will the environmental and geo-political impact be of extracting all the minerals, metals and other raw materials needed for battery production? Can batteries be recycled? If not, where do they go?
