That makes sense, it seems they would be well suited to the accelerator in a racing game. Too bad it makes them kind of sloppy attack buttons, but I'm adjusting. First world problems.
Man, we've come a long way from the scourge of Nintendo Thumb.
Better in what way? I recently started doing a lot more PC gaming from the couch with a 360 controller and I'm finding the trigger buttons really spongy. Or is that just because they're analog?
I've been trying for a while to figure out what it was about Absolution that made me give up after a few levels (after finishing all of the prequels at least once). Now that I think about it, the storyline really is that bad.
I'll need another dozen beers by the time I finish digging the hole.
I'm getting just a little bit of a Killing Floor vibe here.
Pffft... NERD. Basic arithmetic skills are for chumps.
Back in school I took a class on the history of western medicine. I recall seeing a photo of a 19th-century speculum. It looked like it weighed about 6lbs. It was made of brass. And it looked cold.
Just don't forget you're wearing it as you run the TSA gauntlet!
There was a graphic novel of the Zahn books?? 12 year-old me is hella pissed nobody told him.
Cool theme this week. I'm looking forward to seeing the results more than usual.
Picked this up on Friday at your recommendation. Not half way through yet but it had me hooked at the prologue. Just what I needed after slogging through my wife's Margaret Atwood collection.
Shhhhhhh... you'll queer the deal
Ok guys, we're all set to shoot the fake excavation! Who brought the hard hats? Nobody? Dammit we'll just have to shop them in. After we went to all that trouble to make fake cartridges.
I'm trying really hard not to think about that. Though they did call it "The Pinch." Hopefully that's fair warning to keep your extremities tucked in while you slide.
I do play it and I have no idea what makes it so special. It's just a simple top-down shooter with lots of blood.
Maybe foam is the wrong word. I like it when there's a faint slushiness from it being freshly out of the shaker. I always assumed that people in the stirred-martini camp felt it was watering down their drinks.
Stouts and porters are so very underrated. Though I do tend to lean towards the IPA when the sun comes out.
It's still a martini. And some of us prefer them with the ice foam you get from shaking.
