Might want to take that one back to the drawing board. Water isn't a good insulator. It does, however, have a high thermal capacity so if it were cold (or frozen) it would help keep it cool. Unfortunately I think those do already exist.

Good point, I suppose people reading while running are probably not going full tilt with their arms swinging all over the place. And yeah upon closer inspection, they show people moving the device from side to side but they only ever show the text moving vertically.
