I honestly did this by accident, because placing ground blocks to the Underwater and Overworld themes is just so adorable I can’t help but do it until I get the unlock.

Pretty much. I made sure I used every new thing each time I got one, then worked on putting things on the level/playing until I got the “delivery tomorrow” message. Then (I don’t know if it was needed or not), I spammed ground blocks. All over the screen. After a few minutes the delivery arrived.

Rinse, repeat
