Solitaire, Minesweeper and even 3D Pinball kept me entertained back in the day... I still occasionally play them to take a break from things and want to go back to nostalgic old-school games...

The graphics look gorgeous, but will the years and YEARS of development of a game using high-end graphics be worth it for the company and consumer if the gameplay ends up being mediocre?

I enjoyed the game, but I can't argue with this article... aside from the graphics and new homing attack, it basically was a "greatest hits in HD" than an outright sequel.

Now playing

any relation to this classic toyset I once enjoyed the crap out of?

I'll probably be in the minority here, but more FFVIII characters plz D:

@Pirandello: I'm presuming like with most prototype models, it's in its stage before they apply the colors.

Man, just STOP with the side stories already, Square.... give us our damn continuation of the story.

so basically an easy mode for new (or inexperienced) fighters... that's actually kinda good to have people get introduced to the series late in the game.

@dowingba: I don't know whether to laugh or feel horrible thinking about laughing XP

if you type in Burning Man, will you get a giant burning mannequin, or a living person engulfed in flames?

@truthtellah: Steven Spielberg made Boom Blox for the Wii

I'll be asleep during that time... and even then, I'll be busy playing Sonic 4 once it's out on the Wii later that day

watch them be a cocktease and push the release date a week or so, just to mess with us

@GohanEgret: this is true, though I'm downloading it for the Wii... which as far as I know, Nintendo is cool enough to have the games you bought and downloaded to a new Wii in case something happens to your current one if you send it in for repairs.

@Liptons: I... frankly don't really mind it... considering the fact I played Sonic 3 like crazy when I was a kid and that was only 6 levels with two acts each...

@GohanEgret: well, I meant a new DS game, which normally goes for $30. I was saying the $15 pricepoint is half the price of what you'd normally pay for in a new DS game, which if you think about it, is a steal in comparison.

$15?

I love Shin'en, I'm probably one of few people who actually enjoyed Iridion 3D, its sequel as well as the Nanostray games. I may have to check this out sometime.
