I tested positive for gestational diabetes and the dietician said not to drink any milk because my blood sugars would go way too high. Lactose is a sugar that needs to be balanced out with high fats to keep the baby safe. Blew my mind.

Same here! It turned me into a vicious monster who cried all the time. And I was on a pill that had a VERY low dose of hormones. Even drinking a couple of glasses of soymilk can trigger a reaction. Guess some people just can't tolerate any shift in hormone levels.

Make sure you and your fiance are both given a physical at the doctor before you try and conceive. You'll both need updated vaccinations so you don't give your newborn something like whooping cough or the flu.

I think a lot of women wax or shave it, but I leave mine alone because it gets ingrown hairs and then feels like beard stubble.
