As someone who watches Misfits, Being Human UK, and Downton Abbey- what on earth is the deal with getting rid of an entire cast after season two ends? For the last sixteen years I've dealt off and on with low/high levels of panic disorder. But when I remember to take magnesium every day the panic goes away. Also, exercise is great for getting rid of jitters. Dancing to your favorite music until you collapse works wonders :)
