You "play games with TV on" is mostly for those in a group setting. The kid is watching some slow paced edutaining show I'm not interested, or my wife wants to watch her show, so I want to play a game while the TV is on.
Right. Except you can't games at the same time. Unless you can play it off of a tablet through SmartGlass or snap your game next to the show, or vice versa.
