Wells Fargo offered me a 22% interest rate on a car loan. I had a good laugh with the lady on the phone and we both agreed that 22% was a crazy interest rate. I have credit cards with lower APR than 22%. I went with Capital One and a 5% APR for my car loan.

Very few taxpayer supported problems are solved by throwing more money at the issue. There is too much systematic corruption that needs to be dealt with first.

You are partially right. However around 90% of forest fires are actually started by humans. So it’s not as much where we build, but more that people are irresponsible.
