Right?! There are a thousand reasons to dump on TC. Getting angry at people who are risking actual lives and livelihoods is not one of them. I’m certain he laid down the law from the start. His anger was not the result of just one mistake. 

That, and I find it entirely plausible the least Cyrus had absolutely no idea what she was saying. Does it excuse it? No, but I think that she’s just ignorant - and quite likely, deeply stupid on top of that - not malicious.
