@Dr.Preston!: Most movies are actually shot at this aspect ratio. So watching movies on these TVs should look amazing.

@Firkraag: I'm rocking my HD555's still!

I would hate to heat this house in the winter. Do you put plastic wrap all the way around the the house to keep your heat in? I know I live farther north than this but it can't be that much warmer.

@JohnnyricoMC: I think I might have to start reading Lifehacker some more then. More and more of these posts are showing up on Gizmodo and I can't say I'm a fan of it.

@sweetelectro: and he lost his star for it. Sad to see Gizmodo taking it away for someone who actually had a quality post on the subject.

I will just stick with my HD555's. My logitech usb mic does the job perfectly fine so I can go out and buy real headphones and can use them outside of my house without looking like a fool.

@Josh Barker: Couldn't have put it better myself.

@arieas: I've read plenty of reviews saying that the HP Slate is amazing and far out performs an ipad and even a comment or 2 in this very article.

I love the concept and wish we at home could do something like this. If I could add a PS3 to my current PC rig and just make my case double the width I totally would. I doubt I would water cool it though. I haven't ventured that far yet. I'm fine with just air cooling for now.

@SirNinja: I sure hope not. Otherwise I have had a couple near death experiences in my lifetime!

This guy is a hero to us all. All praise Roman!

Well this sure beat my Christmas story. Very touching and while it shouldn't be surprising to hear someone helping another that is in need it just doesn't happen enough. You deserve way more than a Chrome OS notebook.

@the7k: Man this game brings back memories. I actually liked this game back when I was a kid. Played it all the time lol.

@gigawings: With the PS3 BT headset you only hear the voices coming out of it. The game is still coming out of your speakers.

Now I need to buy another christmas present for my gf with the money I don't have. Thanks Kotaku :(

I can only imagine how much it will suck for Christmas gifts. I already have to email my grandma with links for specific items and stores so she gets the right thing. With that she can still go into a store and show them her print out of the item and make sure it's the right thing. Kids will never get the correct game

@SkeletorDan: It should just come as a metal square block!

Eh, might as well wait a couple more years and get the one with everything you want. You will probably have to hold it a certain way for it to work though.

@gizgizgiz: Some companies do it the extreme though. Apple being one of them. There is no excuse as to why this stuff wasn't in the first one because to make people buy a new one.
