“Bernie Sanders is the most popular Senator in the United States”

Wait.... a Sanders press release? Seriously, seems like spin given his own labor issues.

Wait....he’s referring to the MP not the staffer.

On the one hand- this woman appears to be insane, OTOH- this is the kind of person that generally runs in a no chance seat.

The design magnifies the sunshine- it literally makes it hotter than it otherwise would be because they didn’t think to simulate anything.

Please explain this- wtf do you mean “if the vote were fair and unadulterated” --if anything Bernie did better in 2016 in states which had less Democratic and more elitist caucuses than he did in states with actual primaries.

Not to diminish the problem with the police testimony- but by Larsen’s own admission he and his gang went to the bar to extort the owner— even if he didn’t have the knife isn’t he guilty as a party to the original crime?

Senate Republican reportedly demanded Trump publicly sign-off before they would support it because they were so worried he’d flip flop and toss them under the bus.

It doesn’t help that both the Conservative Party and Labour are helmed by people deeply opposed to the EU.

Given that Labour isn’t opposing Brexit with Corbyn in charge it seems hard to think they’ll be the ones to stop it.

Why would the elect a Brexit supporter?

That one guy who basically took the Andrew Yang approach and answered any and all questions from online submissions was kind of amusing.

Fuck David Cameron. Seriously, I get that both polling and conventional wisdom were on his side but gambling the European experiement on a popular vote in the midst of economic stagnation was fucking moronic.

Ehhhh.....I mean I can’t say they don’t have a point even if it’s a bit overblown— it’s along the lines of when our bigot in chief or his supporters talk about Barack Hussein Obama [emphasis theirs].

Now imagine if Omar and Tlaib went well beyond what they’ve actually done and started openly trafficking in anti-semitic tropes.

Corbyn taking over the Labour Party and purging it has been disasterous for the UK— not only is he effectively pro-Brexit he and his literally seem to prefer Conservative rule to more moderate Labour options actually winning elections.

actually loses his razor-thin majority to Jeremy Corbyn’s Labour Party”

So....I know it’s the gimmick but given the stakes in 2020; the hugely dismissive tone in all of these but the Warren one seems like it might age really, really poorly.

One of my main issues is the willingness to apply said tests to other candidates but to exempt Sanders on the areas where he’s vulnerable such as Gun Control (and I say this while for the most part agreeing with the position he and other rural Dems like Tester and Manchin have taken-- pushing background checks and

I really like Warren, but damn if it isn’t a sad statement about where we currently are that a 70 year old is legitimately touted as the younger option.
