What kind of tips do you have? I recently turned over a new meat eating leaf and I tend to make roast of some kind on sunday night and then eat it with salad the rest of the week for lunch/dinner. I guess it doesn't take that long, but it is kind of boring

I could have been on a date right now with a guy who i find insanely attractive but I'm stuck in my apt getting over the flu. It better be gone by the end of the day tomorrow because I dont want to be gross and sniffly for our 3rd date.

dude - i WISH i was one of my brother's groomsmen. I had to sit with people I didn't know at all because i was on the "bride's side". I seriously had to go to the opposite side of the banquet hall just to hang with anyone i knew. OH and i wasn't given a +1 so it was even more awkward.

that episode was nuts! to be fair, that guy knew he was crazy and owned it.

thats the one episode that sticks in my mind too! there was that girl who would see the sun and sneeze and thats how she stayed awake until the trees hid the sun...

thanks - i've actually been battling pretty bad depression since I was around 11 or 12 years old. I know that sounds too early to recognize the signs, but if you ever read my diary from then you'd see how clear it was. Since I got here (grad school) I've considered trying out the counseling center and I think once

Do any of you pretend to be much stronger than you are?

I just walked to school this morning and OMG i'm in SO much pain. I work on the 2nd floor and climbing the one flight was torture. I still feel awesome mentally though! I'm about to eat a banana to try and replenish some of the nutrients I lost. I'll do the legs on the wall thing later. thats an awesome

I ran my first half-marathon today and essentially met my goal time (i ran 3 min longer than my goal). I feel so accomplished mentally, but my legs feel awful!! ya'll have any tips/tricks for a speedy recovery?

thanks!! actually i signed up for the 1/2 and then started running... i guess that might be a little ambitious. I'm going looking to make the bestest time (at least I've come to understand that) but I want to have fun and do my best =)

I'm a physical chemist and I use it all the time. I tend to think of calc as a game and it makes it a bit more fun. how about try relating your ee class to real-life situations and that might make it a lil bit more interesting?
