@LaComtesse: seriously, the heels make it harder and keep all your leg muscles engaged. I've done pole dancing classes w/o heels and one whole one w/ the heels and let me tell you, I'm still in pain from the class I did in heels 3 days later. Keep and open mind and you might have more fun/a better workout!

@superconnected: I used to see a guy in a band whenever we were in the same city and I was always that girl at the show - dancing in the front row. it was SO cool - he used to eyefck me from the stage and loved that I was such a free spirit. I haven't been to a show solo in a while, this has insipired me to do so…
