@goldenmonkey: I had eaten straight up chocolate - i loved those vanilla shakes though... at least I can still eat pasta.

I planned about half my binges. I'd go to the supermarket with the intention of purchasing what wouldnt gross me out to taste twice. (i know - weird to think about - but try vomiting chocolate and you'll understand - ughhhhh - i still cant really eat it and that experience was almost 10 years ago)
