All things considered I don't feel like I got $60 out of Infinite, that's just my personal feeling on it.

I agree that those statements should be tempered with understanding and empathy. I don't necessarily agree that saying "it works fine for me, you must be the problem" is necessarily siding with the company, it's just a general statement that many times is true.

Perhaaaaaaps they used Source instead of the CoD engine because maaaaaaybe Activision owns the CoD engine. But that's probably too simple an answer for someone with such a big brain as yourself to figure out.
it's probably less of an end user machine test and more of an infrastructure test. No one has used the cloud service yet... if it was me I'd be pretty keen on giving that whole thing a good working over to make sure it behaves as expected. Hopefully that measn LOTS of beta keys going out for both platforms.
