The other dismissals and deaths make it seem suspicious, but this particular dismissal seems like just good “lawyering” (I don’t agree with it, but it seems like the lawyer made a good point). On the other hand, the judge could have been paid off. The possibilities are truly endless.

I don’t think this reflects poorly on the WNBA, but I do think this may be blown out of proportion. What he said was poorly phrased and rude. Not sure if a sixty pound discrepancy is worth charging $10,000. But he should be more considerate, that’s for sure.

Thanks for sharing that! I am surprised you got that level of care in Oklahoma, of all places. And fifteen years ago, at that. I really thought it was a lot harder to move forward with hormone therapy and surgeries.

That was my question. Doesn’t everyone seeking any type of hormonal therapy or surgery require extensive therapy prior to pursuing those courses of action? I was under the impression physically transitioning involved a lot of hurdles.
