I've been trying to find a good backpack for weeks to replace my aging swissgear to no avail. They don't seem to make backpacks for tall people since everyone I've tried sits at my mid-lower back even when the straps are fully extended.

One of the best "shortcuts" you can learn is to use the command line and write batch files (or powershell if you're feeling extra nerdy). There are so many things you can save time one with a simple batch script. Need to restart a stalled service? Normal way : 3-5 steps. Batch way: 1 (after you write it of course).

Because there's no "I" in Lie.... :)

This is nice. The fact that it's a portable app (no install) is even better. My desktop looks so much nicer without huge arrows everywhere.

Saving handwritten notes or designs for later or saving deals at the store or invoices. It's also useful for saving errors when you working on a pc.

Depends entirely on what you need. Sometimes it's better to buy, other times it will be better to build. The first question should always be what do I want. This should be followed by what do I need and what can I afford.

Now do this on Google Maps mobile so I can set up my entire round trip with all my jobs, lunch and whatever else all at once and be done with it.

I have to laugh when people lose there cars. It's just too easy to make note of where you are. Make note of a landmark like a island, light post, etc. Or you could could the spaces. If you're in the 3rd row and 5th spot on the right side then the only thing you need to do it make note of where you're lined up with to

Give me a name brand (ie. major/well known) tablet, 11-13" with a high sensitivity pen (1024-2048 pressure levels) and keep it under $400 and you've got a sale. 7" is just to small and 10" is just a bit under what I'd like. It seems like manufacturers are afraid to make bigger tablets (where it makes sense) but have

This is how I learned HTML, CSS, and PHP. It's how I got use to Python and C# and how I'll probably get most of my learning done with C++ and Java.

I pay for 30/5 mbps and get about 35 /5.5 mbps.

The toolbar is for security in IE and Chrome and completely optional as well as well as the Chrome install.

Centralized management for one. Lower power usage and footprint is another. Unless you're doing specialized stuff (ie. graphics works or something using dedicated hardware) it's a good solution.

I can't recommend vSphere enough. I even use it on my home server to run a couple of services.

One of the biggest problems with GDrive is the way it handles PDF's which is to basically make a Doc with the PDF pages as pictures, usually with lower quality. If they'd fix that along with more formatting options I'd be completely sold.

Great program to organize and play music and other media. The only thing that keeps me from using only MediaMonkey is that Google Music Manager only syncs with iTunes(which will never be on any computer I own) or Windows Media Player. If they released their API so third-party clients could sync I'd never use anything

The old Quickoffice does support external services, the new one does not.

It's nice though I wish they would have kept the box.net / dropbox integration. Good thing I have the old Quickoffice Pro from the Amazon app of the day.

Probably would if I had one. I use my Galaxy S3 frequently to look up commands and check for outages and such when I'm working on customers PC's.
